Hey there! My name is Kris.

I’ve been there…

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you have a lot of weight to lose….

After riding the infamous diet roller coaster for way too long... Being overweight, trying to lose, trying to maintain, gaining it back...up and down and around again. I finally decided I wanted off that ride.

I was so sick of having to micromanage every bite that went into my mouth — the weighing, measuring, tracking. Being hungry, fighting cravings, feeling deprived.

I just wanted to lose the weight and be able to keep it off without it feeling like I had another full time job...but that seemed like a pipe dream because every time I’d lose a few pounds, I’d eventually end up finding it again and often it came back with friends.

Enter low carb/keto

I knew there was something to this low carb thing when I actually forgot to eat. Me?? The girl that couldn’t go more than 2-3 hours without getting ‘hangry’. The one who never left home without snacks (yes, plural) just in case.

*I* forgot to eat!

I was amazed!

Finding a way that I could eat food that I actually enjoyed and lose weight without being hungry felt too good to be true. I don’t think I would have believed it if I hadn’t experienced it myself.

Weight loss in the past always meant choking down food I hated (I’m looking at you dried out chicken breast and plain steamed broccoli!). It always meant work, having to say no, and feeling like I was missing out. Not anymore!

To make it even better (and maybe more unbelievable), was that not only did I lose weight, but I was able to lose a lot of health issues along the way as well. No more hypoglycemia, “seasonal” allergies (that lasted all year long), bloating & digestive issues, horrible periods, and bone & joint pain.

I did gain a few things though, like better energy, better sleep, and control over food and my crazy sugar cravings.

I was even eventually able to get off all meds for anxiety and depression - something I didn’t even think was possible for me!

Along the way, I’ve been able to adjust and tweak low carb to work for me and now I get to help other women do the same.

Because any “diet” change that's going to last has to work for you! If you’re just following someone else's diet rules — rules that may or may not actually work for you — it's still just going to end up feeling like a diet and no one wants to feel like they’re on a diet for the rest of their life.

If you’re ready to get off that old creaky rollercoaster and are ready to make a change I’d love to help you on your journey as well.
